Qualifications:
· Self-motivated and accountable.
· Must have a professional demeanor.
· Keen sense of interpersonal skills and influence.
· Previous sales or business to business experience helpful.
· College, management, or prior military service is also a plus.
· Bi-lingual consultants in key areas.
· Must have transportation, cell phone service and a personal computer with a printer.
Expectations:
· Learning the ins and outs of sales in a real, hands on environment.
· Opportunities to mentor with other successful consultants or area managers.
· Generating leads from business owners.
· Joining networking groups.
· Attending Chamber of Commerce meetings.
· Collecting statements from business owners.
· Getting proposals ready for presenting to decision makers.
· Follow-up with and service clients.
· Grow your own portfolio of merchant accounts.
